The maximum pressure of the production equipment can reach 15.5MPa, and the temperature range is -196-1300 . The highest density can reach 10-9.
Aerosun has complete manufacturing and testing equipment, with precision shearing machine, automatic longitudinal weld machine, hydraulic forming machine, vertical lathe, solid solution treatment furnace, nondestructive testing equipment and other devices which are more than 100. Have professional production, detection and testing equipment of perfect raw material physicochemical analysis, stainless steel sheet straight procedure and surface pad pasting, precision blanking, longitudinal seam welding, port sealing, bellows forming, heat treatment, structure piece manufacturing, welding combined device and test assembly device, NDE and so on.
Product function: It is mainly used to compensate the thermal expansion and contraction caused by the temperature change of the pipeline. If the pipe is not completely free to expand or contract when the temperature changes, thermal stress will develop in the pipe. This stress must be considered in the pipeline design, otherwise it may lead to the rupture of the pipeline and affect the normal production. As an important part of pipeline engineering, the expansion joint plays an important role in ensuring the long-term normal operation of the pipeline.
