Application:
Metaldehyde is mainly used to control snails and slugs in vegetable fields. It destroys the acetylcholinesterase system in the pests, causing nerve paralysis, decreased mobility, and eventually poisoning and death.
Application method
80% of metaldehyde powder is mostly sprayed. When using, the powder needs to be diluted with water in a certain proportion (such as 500 times liquid), and then sprayed on the whole field with a sprayer. When spraying, try to avoid the front of the crop leaves to prevent the liquid from being blocked by the leaves and reducing the utilization rate. For areas with dense snails, the dosage should be increased to ensure the control effect.
