AHUA M25 25A Feeding System Power Wire Assembly 3pin UL Approved Waterproof LED Cable Connector
Here is the wire to wire assembly type waterproof connector for led power wiring connection. The male and female should be inline and coming without cable. It is screw fixing lugs that is easy to do on-site wiring operation.
1. Plastic Material: PA66---high strength, high heat resistant, no blooming.
2. Conductor: gold plated brass--- good electrical properties.

4. Components: waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure, coupling nut, O-ring, connector cores.
5. This connector is suitable for the cable carrying up to 25A/300V, cable OD 7-13mm.

How to to wiring operation?
1. do wire stripped about 8mm;
2. turn off components orderly: waterproof nut, cable gland, enclosure;
3. insert the wire through components orderly to the terminals;
4. using a fine screwdriver to tighten up these screws on terminals;
5. assmble all the components tightly;
6. male plug to female socket. That is ready.

There is dust caps for male and female connectors to be water and dust proof when unplug.

How to choose a right cable gland to get better waterproof grade?
The cable gland inner diameter should be closer to but larger than cable OD to ensure the cable go through cable gland but get better waterproof effect.

1. OD6-7mm, φ7mm;
2. OD7-9mm, φ9mm;
3. OD9-10mm, φ10mm;
4. OD10-11mm, φ12mm;
5. OD11-13mm, φ13mm;
