Manufacture Procsse
-Modules are pressure and leak tested, assembled and packaged
-prototypes and production products can be completed in a short lead time.
-production core geometries for radiators(water-air), oil coolers(oil-air), air coolers for engines(CAC). Air coolers for compressors(air-air), air-oil welded combos.
-P-Bar complete cooling packages can be equipped with fan, motor, finger guard, etc
Installation:
1.To ensure the cooling effect, adequate air suction distance shall be maintained with 1/2 of the fan dianeter as the minimum suction distance.
2.The two oil ports on the cooler can be used as the oil outlet or inlet according to the actua conditions. When installing the oil inlet and outlet pipe please tighten the screws on the cooler with proper tools to avoid damage to the cooler;
3.Applicable thread:PT(British),RC(Japan),ZG(China Standard) products of other specifications can be customized.
4. To connect the oil filter in series, it must be installed at the front stage of the cooler
5. Connect the electricity marked on the cooler to work. If it is DC or three-phase voltage, please confirm whether the wind direction is consistent with the wind direction (red arrow) marked on the cooler.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your sample policy?
A: ZRcooler can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
