Machine main equipment includes:
1. Mechanical seal mixing & injecting head
2. 10-inch touch screen, PLC, frequency converting motor, metering pumps, step motor
3. 3 tanks for material A1, A2, & B, made of double-layer stainless steel, cleaning tank, trash drum
4. programable Injecting & Mixing head driving equipment with X/Y/Z 3-dimension motions driven by servo motors
5. Carbon steel frame, powdered
6. Turntable disc for round shape filter, Bench for panel air filters, Exhaust cleaning system

1. The mixing & injecting head has mechanical seal, no reverse glue, simple maintain, reduce seal replacement.
2. Touch screen operation, large memory, can store programs of 300 models for both square and round filters.
3. Each models of filters, when you want to adjust injection capacity, just set the data on touch screen.
4. The machine functions automatic feeding, cleaning, exhausting cleaning, color shift, overpressure alarm.
5. When change the filter model, the turntable will automatically move to the original dispensing position.
6. After the formula set, the turntable disc automatically select speed and moving distance according to the different filter element models when working.
7. Frequency conversion motor and precision metering pump can accurately carry out the glue injecting capacity & rate.
8. The tanks have heating layers outside, can be heated in necessary.
9. For making panel shape air filters, only need to operate from the touch screen, simple and convenient.
