Passenger Car Filter Rotary Pleating Line

Working principle & process:
(for PU Passenger Car Panel Air Filters, in square or irregular shapes)
Filter paper rolls de-coiled, (if filter paper too dried & easy to be broken, use steam humifying function), rotary press lines for pleating, paper pulling, automatic count pleat numbers and mark at the set numbers, hot-melt glue dispensing, hot-melt glue nozzle crossly moving for irregular shape filter, line pressed paper collecting to gather pleats, cool the hot-melt glue lines, conveyor the pleated paper out for cutting at wanted pleat numbers.

Features:
1. Paper roll automatically loaded, fixed by the air shaft, paper conveyed smoothly.
2. Pneumatic slitting blades assembled on beam with dividing rule, let operators set paper slitting width.
3. Touch screen operation, servo motors equipped pleated wave paper collecting devices automatically adjust the position, filter paper automatically feeding
4. If paper too dried and easy broken, humidifying function can soften the paper, avoid paper been damaged.
5. Paper pressed by suspension touch, pulled by suspension roller, no damage to paper fiber, assure filter completeness
6. Attach a trolley for pleating roller kits shifting, to easy operators work.
7. The carbon steel powdered structure, stainless steel covers.
8. The filter paper pleats is automatically counted and marked.
9. After pleated, the fan cools hot-melt glue lines before enter belt conveys.
10. The melting tank has a PTFE coating to effectively prevent the hot melt adhesive from carbonizing
