1.Synopsis of the lab
(1) This is a basic test facility specialized to measure the heating water flow, heating capacity, COP and heating power consumption of the heat pump water heater under different temperature set.
(2) This facility is fully automatic to collect data and control the system; all of the critical apparatus such as controllers, sensors, PLC and data collecting unit are by world-wide famous brand to guarantee the reliability of the collected data and the precision of the test.
(3) The test software application on this facility was developed by our senior engineer using NI Labview which is the powerful graphic orient test software development platform. Friendly man-machine interface. powerful function of real time graphic processing, and easy-read simulating flow control screen allow the system to record, draw plots, store data, and print them in real time.

Testing method
Heating capacity of the UUT will be calculated by measuring water flow and the temperature difference between of UUT entering and leaving point.
