Structural Features
The vehicle connection port of the outrigger can be equipped with a quick coupling or a loose flange according to the user's selection.
The gas-liquid phase pipeline system of this equipment is of rigid pipe structure. Through the connection of the swivel joint, the pipeline system can achieve operational flexibility within a large envelope range, thus simplifying the operation procedure and expanding the application scope of the equipment. Its features are as follows:
- The pipeline is equipped with a swivel joint to achieve three-dimensional movement of the arm;
- The spring cylinder balance system balances the bending moment generated by the outer arm and front-end components;
- The vehicle connection port of the outrigger can be connected with a quick coupling or a loose flange as selected by the user;
- The main sealing ring of the swivel joint is of the structure of reinforced PTFE + stainless steel spring steel clamp, which has good self-lubrication and wear resistance and can achieve self-compensation during wear.
- A spring balance mechanism is adopted to balance the gravitational moment of the outer arm, and the unbalanced moment is less than 5Kg.M, making the operation light and labor-saving.
- An anti-static device is equipped, which can effectively eliminate the stray charges generated by the liquid flow during the loading and unloading operations.
- An inner arm locking mechanism is equipped to effectively reset the arm when it is not in use.
- It is simple to install and maintain, and convenient for repair.
