Product Description
5800 pipe type fire resistance breathing valve:The Type 5800 features features that exceed the performance of standard valves on the market, including
1. Compact design, reduce space and weight, large ventilation, small leakage, and has higher sealing performance;
2. Optional fire resistance function. Using the latest technology, the fire resistance function is combined with the breathing function. The corrugated fire resistance core is placed at the outlet of the breathing valve to provide overpressure and vacuum protection while preventing the flame from spreading.
3. The valve disc assembly can be replaced on site without any special tools or complex procedures, and without the need to send out to re-manufacture or replace the entire valve (which can be maintained by internal maintenance personnel);
4. Standard products are suitable for temperature range -26ºC to 206ºC, special products please contact us to customize. The Type 5800 breather valve remains sealed until the system pressure or vacuum exceeds the valve's set pressure. When overpressure occurs, the stressed spool lifts, breaking the seal between the seat and the spool, allowing steam to release pressure or vacuum accumulation through the orifice plate of the valve. Once released, the valve reseals and remains sealed.
Features:
1. Stainless steel and fluoroplastic materials are used in the manufacture of valve seats and spool, with higher corrosion resistance, chemical erosion resistance, liquid and vapor adhesion resistance limit temperature;
2. Overpressure 10% can be fully opened;
3. For the allowable leakage (leakage is much less than the API2000 standard), exceeding the most stringent standards and ensuring a high setting accuracy (±3%);
4. Fully replaceable spool assembly on site;
