2.Characteristics of the equipment

2) The machine adopts frequency converter control, can be stepless speed regulation, in
order to make the machine to achieve the best separation effect..
3) When the machine is overloaded or the screw and drum are blocked, the electric
control part will automatically alarm and automatically cut off the feeding system; Therefore,
the machine runs reliably.
4) The machine adopts professional planetary gear differential, the product pushing
torque, high transmission efficiency, differential motor driven by frequency converter,
differential speed can be steplessly adjusted, the adaptability to the material is strong.
5)The drum is made of SAF2304 duplex stainless steel and other main parts are made of
AISI316 stainless steel and above, good corrosion resistance, high strength.
6 ) It is equipped with bearing housing vibration sensor and bearing temperature
monitoring sensor for better monitoring of equipment working conditions.
