Usage conditions: substrate concentration 10-25%, temperature 20-60 ºC, pH value 8.0-12.0, reaction time 3-6 hours (can be long or short according to requirements), reference dosage of enzyme addition 0.03-0.06% (calculated by weight of hydrolysis solution)
