[Production description]
This product is a hydrophilic finishing agent for chemical fiber fabrics with a special structure. It is suitable for the hydrophilic finishing of polyester and its blended fabrics. It can give the fabric a good smooth and fluffy feel. It can be used in combination with our block silicone oil to obtain special finishing effects.
[Production characteristic]
1. Good polyester knitted super soft and fluffy feel.
2. Good hydrophilic effect.
3. Excellent stability, also suitable for too soft in the cylinder.
4. It hardly affects the shade, whiteness and color fastness of the fabric.
[Application ]
Hydrophilic ,dry and fluffy finishing for polyester and its blend fabric .
[Using method]
1. Padding process: 10~30 g/L
2. Dipping process: 0.5~2.0% o.w.f
The specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through experiments.
[Notes]
1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is applicability.
[Packaging and storage]
50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent exposure to the sun , stable period is 6 months .
