Product Description
All Organic Universal Coolant Addtive, Used to Produce OAT Engine Antifreezing Coolant,
1. JM-6084 are suitable for the production of polyester grade glycol - deionized water type, propylene glycol - deionized water type, other types of all organic coolant
2. Used for Light and HEAVY duty engine coolant, if for heavy duty style should add the heavy duty bag H, also can make the OAT and oil coolant, etc
3. It has the function of anti-corrosion, anti-scale, anti-bacterial and anti-foaming, etc.
4. It can profect all the metal in the engine cooling system such as Steel, Iron, Copper, Aluminum, Solder
5. The life time of the finshed coolant is about 300000km/5 years; meanwhile if add more additive to make the no replacement of coolant and water-free coolant for life, if so the life time with the finished coolant will be 10 years or 600000km.
6. Free of silicon, phosphorus, boron, amines, chromates and other chemicals
7. The standard with the finshed coolant based on JM-6084 meet GB 29743, meanwhile meet the standard of NB/SH/T 0521-2010, JT225-1996 and ASTM3306
8. Stable and long-term, good compatibility, good compatibility
9. The PH value of finshed coolant is 8.0-10.0, which can apply for all kinds of engine cooling system
10. Dosage of working liquid added is 2.28-3.75%, dosage of Concentration liquid added is 6-12%
