QBY pneumatic diaphragm anti-corrosion pump
1.intro
It is a new type of conveying machinery. Using compressed air as the power source, for all kinds of corrosive liquid, liquid with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquid, can be pumped and sucked.
Diaphragm sheet according to different liquid medium respectively using butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon, food rubber to meet the needs of different users.
Pump body material: RPP reinforced polypropylene.
2.main purpose
1. No need to pump water, high suction range
2. Pumping mud, impurities, particles, little wear on the pump.
3. Head and flow can be adjusted step-less by valve opening.
4. The pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seal diaphragm will be pumped medium and pump moving parts, working medium completely separated, the transmission medium will not leak out. So pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive medium, will not cause environmental pollution and harm personal safety.
5. No need to use electricity, safe and reliable inflammable and explosive places.
6. Can be immersed in the medium work.
