XPJ996 defoamer is a product manufactured by special process using modified dimethylsiloxane as main raw material. This product is non toxic, non-special smell, insoluble in water; Dissolved in alipHatic hydrocarbons, aromatics and other organic solvents. The product has good thermal stability, oxidation resistance, less use, and has the dual role of defoaming and inhibiting foaming. This product is mainly used in aromatic extraction unit with sulfolane and N-formyl as solvent to eliminate foam in stripper. It can also be used in many oily systems such as desulfurization and degassing of petroleum and amine gas separation and petroleum and degassing of lubricating oil.
This product is mainly used for aromatics extraction device with sulfolane and N-formyl as extraction solvent to eliminate the foam produced by extraction stripper. It can also be used in many oil system defoaming processes in high temperature environment, such as gas desulfurization and degassing process of petroleum, oil separation and defoaming addition of lubricating oil. When this product is used, it can be diluted with first and then added to solution. The dilution ratio is generally 1: 10.
This product is not flammable or explosive. It can be stored and transported according to the standards of general chemical. It is packed in 200 kg iron barrel or plastic barrel.
