XPJ910 is a 100% active liquid defoamer developed specifically for emulsion adhesives, optimizing in terms of high efficacy, durability and compatibility. It has also been proved to be effective in curtain coating applications. Main Features: 1: Broad spectrum: XPJ910 has better defoaming effect in all kinds of emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive, paint and ink. 2: Compatibility: XPJ910 has very good compatibility and will not produce oil floral and fish eye in transparent film. 3: Persistence: XPJ910 is valid not only during storage, but also under continuous pumping conditions. This product is suitable for styrene-acrylate, copolymer and other emulsified coatings, resins, adhesives. It can also be used in defoaming processes such as detergent, agricultural spray and sewage treatment.
This product is suitable for acrylic vinegar, styrene acrylic, copolymer and other emulsion coatings, resins, adhesives. Can also be used in detergent, agricultural spray, sewage treatment and other defoaming process.
In the coating formulation, 0.2-0.5% of 100KG coating can effectively defoam. It can be added directly or diluted with water. Half of the additive is added before the pigment is grinded to prevent foam formation and the remaining is added in paint pHase. This product can be added
directly without prior dilution with water. The general dosage is 0.03-0.5% and the sewage treatment is 10-200 PPm.
This product does not belong to dangerous goods. It is non-toxic, non-flammable. Transportation should be in accordance with the rules of the general chemicals. The product should be sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. It is valid for two years.
