Features and Advantages
The rate of bacterium restraining to grampositive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria,and fungi, etc., is above 99%, the product passed FZ/T73023 AAA test.
By attacking the encapsulation of protein and polysaccharide, to achieve the effect of virus inactivation, and the killing rate of influenza A(H1N1) and H3N2 above 99%.
For cotton and CVC fabrics, at or below 50°C, resist 20 to 50 times washing.
The product is with good safety, harmless to human body, complys with GB/T31713 standards, LD50(oral) >5000mg/kg (Rat).
No negative influence on whiteness, shade,fiber strength, handle and air-permeability.
Applications
Can be using for antiviral and antibacterial of clothing, towels, bedding, wet napkins, and nonwovens, especially for cotton fabrics.

The product can be applied by padding, exhaust, or spraying method.
Pad Application
Bacmatic 3015N - 30-80g
The required amount is dispersed in cold or
warm water and added to the liquor.
Adjust bath pH value to 4.0 to 5.0 with acetic acid or citric acid after adding BACMATIC
3015N.
Careful calculation of bath concentration in g/l depending on the bath pick-up (%) of the fabric on pad mangle in case of dry-on-wet application
Dry at standard conditions (100 - 120 °C)
By exhaust, or spraying
