Product Description
Antioxidant 1010 is a multi-functional hindered phenol antioxidant with excellent performance. It has excellent antioxidant effect and can prevent discoloration caused by light and heat. Extremely resistant to extraction, good extraction resistance and high thermal stability. It can effectively prevent the thermal oxidative degradation of polymer materials in the long-term aging process, and is also an efficient processing stabilizer, which can improve the discoloration resistance of polymer materials under high temperature processing conditions and effectively prolong the service life of products. Suitable for ABS, PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyoxymethylene, polyamide, polystyrene, synthetic rubber and other materials, and also suitable for preventing thermal oxidative aging of grease and coatings. Antioxidant 1076 is a highly effctive, non discoloring stabilizer for organic substrates such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, oils and fats. It protects these substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation. It can be applied in polyolefins, polypropylene, polybutene-1 as well as in other polymer such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates. The product can be used in combination with other additives such as costabilizers(e.g. thioethers, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizers and functional stabilizers. The amount to be used may be 0.05%-0.5% , In polyolefins, 0 1% -0.4%, in styrene homo- and copolymers, 0.1%-0.3%, in hot melt adhesives, 0.2%~ 10%, in adhesives, 0.1%-0.5%. Antioxidant 168 has strong extraction resistance, is stable to hydrolysis, and significantly improves the light stability of the product. It can be used in combination with a variety of phenolic antioxidants. The combined use of phosphite and phenolic antioxidant can fully exert the synergistic effect, and the phosphite in the component is the auxiliary antioxidant.
