This product is a multi-component floor coating composed of weather resistant resin, color paste, and fillers. Its coating film has a low gloss effect, high scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance, as well as excellent water resistance, weather resistance, and antistatic properties.
Construction Process:
Substrate treatment: Grind and clean the ground, and ensure that the substrate is dry and free of hollowing;
Primer coating:enhance penetration and adhesion;
Intermediate coating:design the intermediate coating mortar troweling process according to the required ground thickness;
Laying copper foil:cross laying horizontally and vertically;
Batch coating:Apply two layers of conductive batch coating to ensure conductive continuity;
Surface coating: roller coating water-based epoxy antistatic flat coating/self-flowing flat coating;
Topcoat coating: Scrape and then roll the high wear-resistant and antistatic polyurethane topcoat.
