wiring and terminal instructions(INPUT is the input terminal of measuring signal,POWER is working power terminal,and if it is inconsistent with the enclosure wiring diagraam,please refer to the enclosure wiring diagram.)
1. installation method: according to the appearance of instrument,select the corresponding installation hole size in the above table,open a hole on the installation screen,insert the instrument into the hole,put two clamping parts into the clamping groove of the instrument shell,and then push them by hand(if there are tightening screws,tighten them.)
2.Please confirm whether the auxiliary power,input signal and connection are correct before energizing.
3.The instrument should be preheated for 15 minutes before accurate measurement.
4.The instrument shall not be knocked,collided and vibrated violently,and the operating environment shall meet the technical requirements.
5.The instruments and accessories shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place under packing conditions to avoid exposure to moisture and corrosive gasses.The storage temperature shall not exceed +70,no less than -40,and the humidity shall be<=85%.
5.1 This series of instruments has the function of the external zero compensation.When the meter is opened(or pried open),only the front cover of the meter will see potentiometer marked with zero-adjustment or ZERO.This potentiometer can adjust the room temperature.The current and voltage meter shall be customized for this function.
5.2 When adjusting the potentiometer with measuring range or RANGE,change the measurement display value of the meter(it is not recommended to adjust the potentiometer if there is no standard instrument.)
5.3 measuring range selection: Different instrument range can be obtained according to the position of the plug cap on the display board.The relationship between the inserted position of the two interpolation amplitudes and the second point and the measuring range is shown in the following table(DP48 does not support this function).
