Warning
1. Three-phase three-wire input is adopted in the main circuit, and there is no phase sequence requirement.
2. applicable load: fixed impedance electric heating wire, IR far infrared, UV lamp, etc.
3. When the load is Y-connected, the center point cannot be connected to the neutral line. Failure to do so will cause the SCR to lose control. If the three-phase load is unbalanced, the center point must be connected to the zero line, and our company's three-phase four-wire system can be selected.
4. SCR is wall-mounted, vertical installation can achieve the best heat dissipation.
5. SCR is a high current product, please be sure to lock the (R, S, T) and (U, V, W) terminals, otherwise it will cause the terminal to heat up and cause the SCR to burn out.
6. SCR built-in fast fuse, as an over current and short circuit protection. When the fuse is blown (yellow light is on), first check the load for short circuit, partial discharge and other fires. After troubleshooting, open the panel to replace it, be sure to replace it with a fuse of the same specification. Note
Do not arbitrarily increase the amperage of the fuse.
7. When you want to turn off the load, first disconnect the control signal, make the SCR output zero, and then cut off the main circuit power.
8. When the SCR is idle for three months on the machine, please handle the surface dust and charge it once. Method: Run the machine for more than 5 minutes.
9. Use environment: Please use in an environment with good ventilation, no direct sunlight or heat radiation, no corrosive and no flammability.
