2. Applicable load: fixed impedance electric heating wire, IR far infrared, UV lamp, etc.
3. When the load is Y-connected, the center point is connected to the neutral line. If the center point is not connected to the neutral line, the three-phase load is required to be relatively balanced.
4, SCR is wall-mounted, vertical installation can achieve the best heat dissipation.
5, SCR is a high current product, please be sure to lock the (R, S, T) and (UV, W) terminals, otherwise it will cause the terminal to heat up and cause the SCR to burn out.
6. When the module is in use, the load power is greater than 15 kWh. It is recommended to use a suitable heat sink, apply thermal silica between the heat sink and the SCR backplane, and use air cooling.
7, Module protection: load overcurrent protection, please use semiconductor fast fuse.
8. When you want to turn off the load, first disconnect the control signal, make the SCR output zero, and then cut off the main circuit power.
9. When the SCR is idle for three months on the machine, please handle the surface dust and charge it once. Method: Run the machine for more than five minutes.
10. Use environment: Please use in an environment with good ventilation, no direct sunlight or heat radiation, no corrosive and no flammability.
