1. If this machine classifies by range of weight range or exact weight?
Our electronic weight sorting machine works by range of weights
2. Can the Speed be increased or adjusted to increase the speed in the same machine?
Speed can be changed through the PLC panel.
3. How does the last exit work? All fruits will drop into the last exits if they havent dropped before? Or is there a seperate exit for thoes fruits.
Yes, All fruits will drop into the last exits if they havent dropped before. Even last exit is set as weight >100g, fruit of 90g will also drop at last exit.
4. If use conveyors at the exits. Is it possible to build the machine with exits seperated more apart? For persons do packing (2 lane machine)
No, space between exits is fixed, if you want it wider, we can design the machine with half of the sizes(exit 1,3,5,7,) on left and half sizes(2,4,6,8) on right.
5. If the sorting line will be compatible with the washing drying part that we plan to buy next year?
Yes, we build our machines according to drawing design and dimensions, so we will make it compatible.
6. What is the weighing accuracty of this machine?

7. How many pieces can this machine sort per hour?
One lane machine can sort 25000 fruits per hour, 2 lanes 50000 fruits per hour.
8. At the exits is it a conveyor?
Standard machine is a collection table
If 2 lane, we can make a conveyor at each exit so that the fruits can go into the box directly.
9. Does the entire machine fit inside a 20ft container?
Its requires a 40ft container.
10.What is the time frame from the point we order till it is delivered and being assembled?
