This small fruit processing line is composed of high pressure sprayer with roller elevator,manual picking table, grader and packaging system. The work flow is to pour the sainted fruit into the elevator first,and then transported to the fruit picking conveyor table, which can manually pick the unqualified inferior fruit, and then through the adjustable roller bar sorter, the gap gradually changes from small to large to achieve the sorting effect, which can be divided into 5 grades, and the size specifications can be customized.It can sort 1,500 kg per hour, and only a few employees are required to complete the cleaning and air-drying sorting work.
Finally, auto filler and weigher for box packing, suitable for bulk packs around 5kg, 10kg. Packing weight can be set capacity can be made with 3~5tons per hour, not only save labor cost, but also improve efficiency, make fruit and vegetable washing and separating easier, so that fruits and vegetables can maintain their high quality and reduce waste.
