Description:This grading machine consists of hopper&elevator, inspection table and grading part. The gaps between roller pipes increase gradually in the process of belts moving, and the fruits drop from gaps from small to large size.
Gaps can be adjusted from 15mm to 70mm.
It is suitable for sorting fruits like dates, plums, apricot, lychee, jujube, olives, cherry tomatoes, lime, mini cucumber, etc.

Fruit grading packing machine
Product description: The fruit grading packing machine is composed of a hopper&inspection machine and a size grading machine. Products are dumped to the hopper, and the rollers automatically rotate to achieve uniform feeding. The 3-meter fruit inspection table is for manual selection by workers. The roller-type grader drives the rollers on the grading bed through the rotation of the screw shaft to move forward in parallel, and gradually increase the gap between the rollers, so as to achieve the corresponding sorting by diameters. The sorted products fall from the gap between the rollers to the fruit conveyor belt, which can automatically fill the box with a required weight. The weight of each box can be set on the touch screen.
