Asphalt Emulsion Plant
The plant was specially designed to produce asphalt emulsion and modified asphalt emulsion. This series of equipment can realize continuous production of asphalt emulsions with whole process been controlled automatically, semi-automatically or manually(spare control system standby). Good technology leads to good emulsifying quality and precise proportioning. It can be widely applied to road construction and factory production with features of long serving life, compact structure and easy moving.

l Asphalt flow and soap flow are electrically adjusted to ensure the accurate ratio.
l The soap mixing and delivery system are consisted of soap tank, mixer, pipes, pump and valve. 4. All parts made of stainless steel with good high temperature and corrosion resistance ability.
l Thermal oil pipelines coiled inside the raw bitumen tank for heating, then with rock wool insulation layer covered outside to ensure the quick rising up of bitumen temperature and good insulation ability.
l Electronic control system can help to collect data as flowing rate and temperature of high intelligence.
l International advanced platform design concept introduced on the equipment with skid-mounted structure, which makes the transit easier.
