Description:
Assembly machine with 42 cavities & accessories, for 20mm flip off seals

2.1 Components of the Machine
a. Power needed: industrial power, 3 Phase, 380V (compatible with 440V), 50Hz;
b. Machine control system including the ECU (Electronic Control Unit), switch panel and wires;
c. Large quantity feeding system (auto hopper); including two stainless steel hoppers, brackets and control motor, to automatically output the aluminum caps and plastic flip tops to the vibration plate for each;
d. Aluminum part collecting system (vibration plate); to accept aluminum cap from the auto hopper, arrange the aluminum cap in right position with vibration plate and output the caps to the guide rail leading to the round combination plate;
e. Plastic part collecting system (vibration plate); to accept plastic flip top from the auto hopper, arrange the flip top in right position with vibration plate and output the tops to the guide rail leading to the round combination plate;
f. Single cap removing system, including sensors, air outlets and connection tubes; to inspect the caps on the round combination plate and remove the single cap (single aluminum cap or single flip top) before they proceed to the combination system;
g. Automatic combination system - 42 cavities;
h. Finished cap counting system;
i. Conveyor belt for manual inspection;
2.2 Capacity: min 34,000 caps per hour; The design working speed is more than 40,000 caps/hour, while the speed 30,000-35,000 caps/hour, is the most stable condition;
2.3 Aluminium cap & plastic top size: 20mm.
2.4 Spare parts: Heating wire.
2.5 Tools: Standard tools for repair and maintenance of the machine & mould.
2.6 Installation dimension: 2050*1400*1800mm;
2.7 Installation Notes: Only one wire with 380V & 3 Phase is needed for the machine; No need to fix the machine to the ground.
