Q. What's your floor wrap? Are they safe?
Answer: Wooden pallets for Ocean and Land Carriage. The pallets will be very strong and every loading worker has 24 years packed, loading and fixation pallets with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading.
Q. What is your payment term?
Answer: Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance, 70% after get the copy of B/L.
You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
Answer: Our MOQ is one full 20 feet container.
Products of different sizes and specifications could be mixed in one container.
Q. What kind of Floors do you have?
Answer: we have normal big size floor planks, including embossed /crystal /EIR/handscraped/Wavy embossed/matt/mirror and silk surface treatment styles , also large size parquets are provided.
Q. Can you supply a free samples?
Answer: Yes, if you want us to provide big sample according to your requirements, you only should pay the cost of express.

LAMINATE FLOORING
Overlay: The overlayer protects the floor from scratches, abrasion and stain, while providing a realistic look and feel to the floor. This is a protective cover for your floor and a waterproof seal prevents water from penetrating and damaging the floor.
Decorative Paper: Just below the overlayer, the decorative layer retains the floor pattern or print. This gives your floor an incredibly realistic and beautiful wood or stone look.
HDF Core: Below the decorative paper, decides the quality and stability of the floor. Usually made of High Density Fiberboard, this layer is where the waterproof properties work. The fiberboard in a laminate floor may contain more resin, making it less likely to expand in water.
Balance Layer: This layer also helps to provide stability to the floor and helps prevent water from penetrating the floor from below. Backing layer is often used to help seal moisture from the subfloor, and you may encounter moisture in the concrete floor or basement, so that each plank is resistant to moisture from above and below.
