Bottled juice pasteurizer machine / Juice cooling tunnel
Description
The machine is newly designed based on advanced technologies from Germany, Italy and Taiwan. Its optional working process can be divided into 3 stages, circulating hot heater spraying, warm water pre-cooling, cold water cooling. Temperature and time of cooling can be regulated according to the requirements of user. It is suitable for cooling / heating all kinds of bottles or canned hot beverage and aerated beverage. It equips with "Rexnord" (American famous brand) chain plate, which is made of high temperature resistance polypropylene (CPP). The main body is made of excellent stainless steel. Thus the machine is more reliable in running, also it has a beautiful appearance.

Machine setup and commissioning
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.
