. Auto cup sealing Machine
1) Vacuum device & photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine to auto position each film to the cup, assuring the accurate position & perfect sealing effect..
2) Hot sealing device, tight sealing & trimming, with absolutely reliable sealing quality.
5. Auto manipulator cover-feeding-pressing system
The cover-feeding system adopts vacuum absorbing covers one by one, inverting covers & putting by manipulator; accurately positioning ensures perfect cap-feeding,
Then it also gives a slight pressing force controlled by cylinder to make the cover on the cup perfectly.
Cylinder adopts Taiwan Airtac, and all the electric parts adopt France Schneider.
6. Auto cup-transferring system
It adopts cylinder to accurately position & prop finished products up, and then the special blading system to push the cups to another conveyer & begin the next work process.
