The equipment is single station vacuum thermoforming machine. The raw material sheet is loaded manually and clapped, heated, formed, cooled at same station. The production follows the steps as: manually put the raw material sheet onto the operation platform→pneumatic cylinder driven sheet pressing enclosure moves downward to press the material sheet→heating board moves forward to heat the material sheet→move backward after heating→blowing→thermoforming mold moves to the upper position→vacuum until material sheet is touched with thermoforming mold→upper mold frame moves downward for forming(manually cutting) →cooling device cools the formed inner case→upper mold moves upward→mold releases→thermoforming mold moves downward→sheet pressing enclosure moves upward→remove the finished case manually.
