Application Scope:
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for traction transformer is mainly applied to the impregnation production of traction transformer, dry type transformer with H class insulation, etc.
Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, transformer coil is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.
