Application Scope:
High vacuum annealing furnace for silicon steel magnet is applied for vacuum annealing on metal and magnetic material treatment, which can eliminate stress of material, improve the magnetic properties of material, surface brightness, degassing, etc.
Characteristics:
Kaixuan has successfully developed vacuum annealing furnace for 750KG of core and accumulated much experience of vacuum annealing process and equipment R&D for permalloy, silicon steel, iron, motor coil, reel iron core, amorphous transformer, etc. Which can provide perfect solutions for customer.
For metal heater and metal shield, we improved its structure specially which can prevent metal heater and metal shield against damage caused by thermal deformation, now this improvement is our patent for invention (patent no.: ZL201010550320.6). In 2013, we've developed constant speed temperature reducing control system and achieved patent (patent no.: ZL201320890994.x), this patent of technology solved the requirement of constant speed temperature reducing for special material annealing.
