The forming line consists of loading machine, servo positioning machine, servo clamp conveying manipulator,  punching machine,  180° overturning machine,  bottom edge roll bending machine, servo clamp conveying manipulator , Punching + flipping hole machine, Ω groove forming machine, Four-corner arc bending machine, unloading manipulator,unloading conveyor line, as well as pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electronic control system and other parts, the whole is in a straight line arrangement.

Adopt PLC control and servo system adjustment. Use the touch screen to set parameters and switch product models with one click. Changeover time is short. It has fault alarm and prompt functions. High degree of automation and reliable operation.
