Paper Slitting Machine(FHQB Series)
USE
This machine is used to cut all kinds of roll materials such as Label paper.
FEATURE
1.The rewinding shaft working by motor drive directly. It use vector frequency inverter to realize automatic tension control
2.Rewinding air shaft can unloading, it is convenient for unloading(optional auto unloading device)
3.Magnetic powder brake is used to unwind, and roll diameter accounted automatically by PLC, and automatic tension control
4.Loading and unloading material on the unwind section adopts air shaft to load and unload material, the roll can be lifted up and down pneumatically, hence it is convenient to load and unload material with high efficiency, automatically rectify the deviation when unwinding
5.Slitting adopts circular knife for slitting, disk tidy, have edge waste device.
6.The system has meter counting, automatic stop by setting length you need first
7.The system has perfect mechanic, electric and pneumatic design, also good safety protection.
