USE
This machine is suitable for riveting for snap button in clothing, footwear, industrial products, leather goods, stationery and other industries. By replacing components, it can rivet for lappet button.
CHARCTERS
1. Adopt touch screen and PLC control to detect fault and display automatically; it's easy to operate and maintain.
2. Select frequency conversion and electric energy braking system that has low noise during operation, no obvious mechanical impact, simple and durable structure and is energy saving.
3. Provide single and cyclic working modes to meet the needs of both new and old workers.
4. When upper and lower tracks are full of eyelets, the vibrating plate stops automatically to avoid wear of buttons to the utmost extent.
5. Adopt mechanical power, riveting frequency is up to 80 - 120 times per minute that is 4-6 times of manual operation.
6. It has laser positioning and counting function which makes riveting more accurate and statistics easier.
