Automatic Coil Slitting Machine Line for ERW and SSAW Pipe is used to open the thick coil, level the steel, cut to pieces with circle shear, recoiling the steel, and pack the coils. According to the feature of heavy slitting line, our company adopts many patent technologies. For example, hydraulic steel arrangement device can put the steel in the right position to let the steel smoothly enter into the tensioner and separating slice. It decreases the labor intervention and improves the efficiency. The steel ends bending device can guarantee the tight clamp by jaw to improve the reliability of jaw. Hydraulic independent jaw can fix the steel.

Process:
Coil Loading - Uncoiling - Leveling - Ends Cutting - Circle Shear - Scraps Recoiling - Accumulator - Coil Ends Bending - Separating - Tensioner - Recoiler - Coil Unloading
