JDZ-120 automatic horizontal cartoning machine function and characteristics
Description
JDZ-120 horizontal automatic cartoning machine is a high-tech product integrating photoelectric, pneumatics and mechanics. Suitable for blister packaging of capsules and tablets, also for blister sheets of aluminum-plastic packaging or similar items.
The working process is as following:
the transfer of the medicine board or the products (one board or several boards at one go can be adjusted);
the delivery of the medicine leaflets (automatic folding of 1-4 folds);
the automatic opening and conveying of the paper carton;
the medicine board and the folded leaflets are loaded into the paper carton at the same time;
the last step is to make the batch number automatically and insert the carton tongue at both ends. Then the complicated packaging process is finished.
The machine hood is all made of high-quality stainless steel, the working area is protected by acrylic glass doors and windows, and the innovative design is strictly in accordance with the "GMP" standards of the pharmaceutical industry. The transmission section is designed with the function of overload protection, the machine has the emergency stop device. The control system adopts the human-machine interface touch screen to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
