Product Description
PX2500D Automatic horizontal winding machine is improved version on base of model PX2500C-3. This machine add servo motor to drive forming roller for flat steel hoop to become V shape hoop, it solves the main problem of gasket flatness which is caused by high tension on the steel hoop when producing big size spiral wound gasket. This machine use PLC to control gasket size, automatic spot welding, automatic cutting steel hoop. And the new designed guide parts for graphite filler also help to get perfect gasket finished on both sides.
