It is mainly used for the automatic inspection of visible impurity and appearance defects of mold-formed or tube-type vial of freeze-dried injection.
Inspecting Items
Products defect, defect of container's appearance, sealing defect etc. Main inspecting details see as follows:
Bottle cap: Inspect the aluminium composite cap if it is complete. Inspect the sealing cap if it is uniform and beautiful(eg:rolling slanting,trimming,buckling and other defects).
Inspect the bottleneck if there is rubber plug.Inspect the transparent part of upper body if there is freeze-dried dot formed by splash.
Inspect the lower part of the bottle if it is uniform and no missing,if there is visible impurity at the surface.
Inspect the bottom of bottle if it is uniform and no missing and if there is visible impurity at the surface.
Inspect the inside of bottle if there is visible impurity.
Inspect the body and bottom of bottle if there is crack.
Inspect the capacity of bottle if it is too much or too little,even empty.
