In order to solve the tough problems of pharmaceutical companies, we provide a self-developed fully automatic blister board inspection machine equipped with "Shine algorithm", which can detect the appearance of the tablet/capsule blister board, and separate the unqualified defective products through the rejection software to ensure the quality of the blister board before leaving the factory. After being packaged by the blister packaging machine, the blister boards face down, and is transported to the inspection station through vacuum adsorption transmission. The hight-precision camera processing system takes pictures of the blister board and detects the quality of the blister board. The unqualified products are automatically removed, and the qualified products get to the next process.
