The processing(producing/production/making) line is a latest advanced and fully automatic continuous plant developed by YINRICH® For making different sizes of gelatin or pectin -type gummy candies.

A. General data:
For approx. 1600 PCS of candies per minute. Corresponding to approx. 300kg/h based on Mono color product of 3 gram;
For double -layor, central-filled candy also possible.

FEATURES:
Designed for approx. 1600 PCS hard candies per minutes(40 mould/min)
Capacity: Depending on the product's weight, upto approx. 300kgs/h of jelly candies with a product weight of 3G.
Machines layout based on standard recipes for pectin or gelatin based gummy candies.

1)PLC /computer process control and servo-motor controlled;
2)An LED touch panel for easy operating;
3)The production capacity up to 300 kgs/h(based on 3.0g candy);
4)The output will be approx. 1600 PCS of candies per min. With a depositing speed of 40 strokes per min for achieving 40 PCS of candies per one stroke;
5)Capacity details:
For single color products: Each depositing can do 20 cavities x two moulds (in which each mould contains 20 cavities ), that is 20 cavities x 2 moulds, with a depositing speed of 40 strokes/min; For a 3.0g candies, the capacity will be 3.0g x 20 cavities per mould x 2 moulds per stroke x 40 strokes /min x 60 minutes, that is 288kgs/h;

For a two color and center-filled products: Each depositing can do 10 cavities x two moulds( in which of 20 cavities each mould), that is 10 cavities x 2 moulds, with a depositing speed of 40 strokes/min; For a 5g candy with a max. 30% center-filling, the capacity will be 5g x 10 cavities per mould x 2 moulds per stroke x 40 strokes/min x60 minutes, that is 240kgs/h.

6)The whole plant is made of hygienic stainless steel(SUS304);
7)Mass flowing controlled by Frequency inverters;
8)In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid;
9)Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;
10) "two-color ", "central filling", "one color" candies and etc. Can be made.
11)Moulds will be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.
