Equipment for producing double cone spring bed nets. Without manual spring retraction and spring arrangement, the fed steel wire can be directly produced into a spring bed net.The equipment first feeds the steel wires into two different spring coiling machines, coils the steel wires into springs, and then alternately enters the conveying device. The spacing between the springs is automatically calculated and accurately positioned by PLC control. After that, the robot on the conveying device replaces manual hands to successively grasp the springs, and then automatically feeds them into the spring coiling machine for intelligent arrangement, achieving simultaneous spring coiling up and down, and automatically cutting the spring coiling wire, Both ends are knotted and automatically pushed to form a bed net.The spring conveying part has a simple and scientific structure, using 22 servo motors and network bus communication to give different action instructions to various components of the four machines, thereby achieving consistent work, accurate positioning, good stability, and effectively improving the speed of production bed net.
