Application

Fully automatic filling acid/ gel to all kinds of lead acid batteries.

Function

Set acid/gel volume, times of vacuum pumping through touch screen; press start button; batteries will auto enter weighing process, acid/gel filling process and second weighing process; then the computer will get the net weight, if it is in the setting range, the battery will enter the next process, otherwise, the unqualified will be pushed out to the treatment area.

Features

QCGS21 Type: It adopts touch screen and PLC as controlling center, which can be set parameters on touch screen. Main frame of equipment is made of SS316L, using fully automatic chain plates or roller conveyor to transport batteries, and weighing system is for high accuracy. Key components adopt advanced anti-acid/anti-abrasion material from famous brands at home or abroad. It has features of high weighing precision, nice design, precise quantity setting, convenient adjusting, operation and maintenance, fast filling speed and so on.
