This machine we have a group machine ,disposable travel bedding set machine,including pillowcase cover+quilt cover+ disposable sheet.
Quilt cover machine running process: 2 rolls of raw material unwinding → longitudinal ultrasonic edge sealing on both sides (one side leaves a gap unsealed)→ transverse ultrasonic edge sealing → cutting and binding → longitudinal folding in half → longitudinal W-shape folding → transverse cutting → transverse folding in half for three consecutive times → finished product transportation.
