This machine is used for providing precise temperature control to make sure the material reaches to the desired curing degrees at appropriate time.
1.Using the temperature control meter intelligent control system, high temperature control accuracy ± 2ºC to ensure the stable and reliable control system;
2.The upper furnace body adopts double cylinder jacking machine to ensure safety and reliability;
3.Equipped with 35B long axis chain smooth transportation, no shaking, no deformation, to ensure smooth PCB transportation;
4.The synchronous guide rail transmission mechanism is connected online to ensure the accuracy of the guide rail width, high service life and anti-distortion
5.Manual control of lubrication system, refueling time, lubricate the transmission chain;
6.All heating areas are controlled by PID by temperature control meter heating time 10-15 minutes);
7.With temperature fault sound and light alarm function (using LED lamp)
8.The temperature zone is equipped with an independent temperature sensing sensor to monitor and compensate the temperature balance of each temperature zone in real time.
