The main configuration and process description Process: coil feeding → hot press sealing → cutting holes → longitudinal folding → cutting → horizontal folding for three consecutive times → docking packaging machine → product output.
- Frame: modular frame, with fixed standard size. The wall panels of the frame are clad in stainless steel. The production process is advanced and reasonable, the base level of the wall panel is smooth, not easy to deformation, and the stainless steel coating treatment is welded with the steel frame.
- Transmission system: the conveyor belt is arranged in the direction of the machine, and the servo motor is used to drive the high-precision synchronous wheel.
- Material unwinding frame: high precision servo control material tension, manual automatic correction.
- Hole cutting: The cutting tool and bottom roll are processed with high-quality die steel, and the incision is neat without flash.
- Longitudinal folding: Adopt the company's unique multi-folding rod form, longitudinal folding layer number and size range can be adjusted continuously.
- Forming cutter: cutter and bottom roller are processed with high-quality die steel, cut off neatly without adhesion.
- Finished product lateral folding device: This device is used for the horizontal folding of the product for 3 consecutive times, transmitted by the servo motor and automatically adjust the phase.
- Quality control: The folding process shall not cause secondary damage to the material, stretching and other functional or performance damage. There should be no dirt or foreign object in the process, especially oil.
