Equipment operation process
1, main control box control
a) Turn ON the main power supply of the machine tool (the main power switch is behind the control box), and turn the main switch upward to the ON position;
b) Turn the emergency stop switch clockwise to make the emergency stop switch rebound;
c) Press the power start button to start the equipment and start the motor system;
d) Check whether the foot switch is normal up and down;
e) Adjust when adjusting the lifting height This knob can adjust the ascending height;
f) For the mold, the lower mold should be aligned with the upper mold. (If there is an optional automatic feeding, the rivets sent by the feeder should be aligned with the upper mold in order to make the upper mold nail successfully not offset)
g) Check whether the safety protection system is normal and the key switch is on In this position, the safety protection is turned on. In the safety protection mode, test the pressure with insulation items and confirm that the safety system is normal before proceeding to the next operation of the equipment;
h) When the key switch of the safety protection system is turned off, press the riveting, step on the foot twice, the first time from the upper mold to the lower mold and the internal switch is closed, at this time, the first step on the foot ends the cylinder no longer, and the second step on the foot begins to press the riveting work until the completion;
i) If the pressure of the equipment is less than the required pressure, the pressure regulating valve located on the right side of the pressure gauge should be adjusted to adjust the working pressure, and the pressure should be adjusted according to the reference table of the riveting pressure. Adjust the lock pressure handle; (Increase the pressure with the timing needle and reduce the pressure counterclockwise)
j) Adjust the pressure holding time of the equipment to the appropriate time, and adjust the upper die position to a reasonable position;
k) After equipment adjustment, place the product and rivets on the mold, and start the equipment down foot switch;
2, automatic feeding operation
a) Open the automatic feed switch (the switch is at the bottom of the control box);
b) Turn on the vibrator power switch (the switch is at the bottom of the vibrator controller);
c) Turn on the air source and open the air valve switch (the switch is at the back of the vibration disc);
d) After the rivets enter the feeding groove, press the manual feeding button once to send the rivets into the feeder;
