Process principle of the automatic self-cleaning filter(brush)
When water enters into the filter body from the entrance, the impurities in water sedimentate on the stainless steel strainer thus form pressure. Through the pressure switch to monitor changes in pressure, when the pressure access to the setting value, the electric controller send signal to the hydraulic control valve and driving motor, and then trigger the following actions: motor driving rotary brushes, cleaning the filter, control Valve opening and blow downing. The entire washing process takes several seconds.
