Shot Blasting Machine Alloy Wheel is typically designed to handle mixed loads of medium and large components, which often include fragile and sensitive parts that cannot be tumbled in bulk loads.

Workpiece Parts can weight from 1 kg to 50,000 kg or more, manufactured in smaller and medium series.
Treated objects are hanged individually or in a cluster on the revolving hook and transported to the shot blasting machine via I, Y or circular closed loop conveyor. Revolving of treated objects in a jet of abrasive provides efficient treatment of the parts surface.

The blasting machine's housing is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel or entirely made of manganese steel and additional protections of the most wear exposed areas.
High efficiency of the shot spinner hanger shot blasting machine is provided by the automatic and continuous abrasive handling and reclamation system for continued returning and cleaning of the shot blasting media, along with efficient blasting wheels made from wear-resistant materials.
